About Us

Our Founder

Imani Wright founded Learn 2 Leap with one clear goal: to help institutions and organizations create healthier, more human-centered work and learning environments where people feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow.

A graduate of Emory University with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in Society and Culture, Imani’s career has always centered around people and how they learn, work, and connect across different environments. Her experience spans community development projects in Costa Rica, educational program design, and organizational training focused on inclusion and collaboration.

Through Learn 2 Leap, Imani combines her background in education and research with her passion for cultural understanding to guide businesses toward sustainable, people-first solutions. She believes that when individuals thrive, organizations flourish and that every team deserves the tools and space to do their best work. That is why she partners with leaders and teams to address challenges that often go unheard or unresolved. These are issues tied not to performance, but to environment, communication, and culture.

Our Mission

We believe that human-centered  work requires human-centered solutions. Our mission is to guide organizations toward healthier, more effective workplace cultures and learning environments that benefit leaders, employees, and the organization as a whole. Every person is a product of their environment, both work and learning, so improvement must be prioritized!

Our Philosophy

At Learn 2 Leap, we believe that creating meaningful, lasting change requires an approach that’s as multifaceted as the people we serve. Every workplace challenge is complex and rooted in human behavior, communication, culture, and systems. Therefore, no single discipline can solve it alone.

Our work blends insights from education, psychology, cultural studies, sustainable development, and organizational development to craft solutions that honor both the individual and the collective. By taking an interdisciplinary approach, we’re able to see how people learn, interact, and grow and design strategies that meet them where they are.
